April 12, 2012By 0 Comments

One of the best ways to add greens into your diet is by blending them into a smoothie.  By blending, the tough structure of the produce is broken down so it is easier for your body to digest and absorb the nutrients.  This recipe is a perfect balance of protein, fiber, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, which will provide you with lasting energy for your day.
